IT’S NOT THE CRIME- IT’S THE COVER-UP - IGNITE - CE Class

In real estate, mistakes are inevitable—but it’s not the mistake that
ruins a career, it’s the attempt to cover it up. This course pulls
back the curtain on why agents hide errors, the personal and
professional costs of concealment, and the cultural forces in real
estate that normalize “protecting the deal” at all costs.
Through real-world case studies, interactive discussions, and a
proven 5-step framework, agents will learn how to face mistakes
with transparency, integrity, and confidence. You’ll discover the
psychology of dishonesty, the role of ego and fear, and the ripple
effects that cover-ups have on client trust, referrals, and your
reputation.

Most importantly, you’ll walk away with practical strategies—
scripts for tough conversations, tools for reframing shame and
guilt, and systems to build a mistake-tolerant mindset. Instead of
fearing errors, you’ll know how to turn them into opportunities for
growth, stronger client relationships, and long-term success.
This isn’t about perfection—it’s about professionalism. The agents
who thrive aren’t the ones who never slip up. They’re the ones who
own it, fix it, and move forward with resilience and trust intact.

What is continuing education (CE)?
