Tracy is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker and REALTOR® specializing in residential real estate in the Lake Norman area. Licensed in 2004, she started her career with Lake Realty, then later founded her own boutique real estate company, LKN Realty Group. Tracy later joined Lake Norman Realty, where she continued to represent buyers and sellers in the area as a top producing agent. She joined Keller Williams Realty in 2017 where she served multiple terms as a member of the Agent Leadership Counsel. Tracy continues to practice as a broker with Keller Williams Realty and has become a mentor to newly licensed brokers in the firm. Tracy holds the prestigious Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and is one of only 100 instructors in the country who have received the Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI) designation from the Real Estate Educators Association. In 2022, she was appointed to the North Carolina Real Estate Commission’s Education Advisory Council. Tracy holds a B.A. in Communications and a M.S. in Journalism-Advertising from West Virginia University. Tracy cultivates enduring relationships with clients and students through trustworthiness, transparency, and a high regard for ethics. Leveraging her extensive training and expertise in the market, she focuses on her clients’ expectations and aids them in reaching their real estate objectives.
