What you'll learn in our NC Real Estate School
STEP 1
Get Real Estate Licensed in NC
Ignite School of Real Estate’s Broker Prelicensing Course consists of a total of 80 instructional hours, in addition to the end-of-course examination.
STEP 2
NC Real Estate Postlicensing
To remove provisional status, a Provisional Broker must complete the 90-hour NC Postlicensing education program within 18 months of the date of initial licensure. (See Commission Rule 58A .1902)
STEP 3
Continuing Education
Continuing Education (ce) is a recurring annual requirement for ALL North Carolina Real Estate licensees wishing to maintain active license status eligibility that must be completed each license period by June 10th beginning with the first full annual license period after initial licensure.
