Stop Losing Listings to Unrealistic Prices. Start Controlling the Conversation.

You’ve worked your tail off to get a listing appointment – only to lose it to the agent who slapped on a fantasy price.
Or worse… you took the listing at the seller’s number, and now it’s rotting on the market while you bleed time, money, and sanity.

Let’s be blunt: an overpriced listing is a joy-killer.
That’s exactly why Strategic Pricing Specialist was created.
This program gives you:
•       A new pricing framework that goes beyond the basic CMA
•       A step-by-step method to uncover the correct price strategically
•       The exact structure for presenting pricing so sellers understand it and agree with you

Because what’s the point of prospecting for listings – if you can’t confidently win the pricing conversation?

What is continuing education (CE)?
Continuing Education is a recurring annual requirement for all licensees wishing to maintain active license status eligibility and must be completed each license period by June 10th beginning with the first full annual license period after initial licensure. Each licensee is required to take the appropriate 4-hour Update course (BICUP for BIC-eligible and BIC designated and GENUP for provisional brokers and brokers) and a 4-hour elective of your choice.
What is the attendance policy for CE?
Licensees must attend 90% of a CE course and comply with student participation standards in order to receive credit for the course. Early departures from CE courses delivered in-person or via synchronous distance learning are prohibited by Rule 58A .1705. Students who depart courses early will not receive course credit.
When do I have to take CE?
Starting prior to the second renewal of your real estate license continuing education must be completed each annual license period between July 1 and June 10. It is very important to note that schools are not permitted to offer courses for CE credit between June 11 and June 30 of each year.
What if I am unable to complete the course after I enroll?
A student may withdraw from a course by giving written notice to the Education Provider prior to the start of the course. In such event, the student will have the following options: students who withdraw prior to the start of the course shall have the option to

1. Move their registration to any future course of the same type within 6 months.

2. Receive a full credit equal to the cost of their enrollment to be used toward other courses.

3. Request a full refund (please note refunds may be reduced by the cost of materials already received by the student).
