There is no doubt that a teacher makes the difference.  At 56, I successfully completed my Prelicensing and Postlicensing 101 and 102 classes with Tracy Frazier.  I can honestly say, without her, I would still be wondering why, at my age, did I ever start such an endeavor.  Rumors seem true – NC is one of the hardest real estate exams to pass but attending Tracy’s in class lectures helped put live scenarios with real case studies so it’s a true learning process instead of just a memorizing vocabulary exercise. My experience with Melea has been a wonderful one! I’ve decided to discover a new venture in real estate without any knowledge of this industry.  I was told by many that it is very hard and intense.  So, as I moved forward with my decision, I was slightly intimidated by what to expect.
