I had Tracy for pre licensing when she was with superior, I have since followed her over to ignite for post licensing. I will always and forever sign up for her classes as she is an amazing instructor. She gives real world experiences and examples. Her dedication really shows through her teaching!

I took my pre - license with Tracy and she is a fantastic teacher! She will explain everything with details and also review the material with you in case you have more questions. After I passed my end of course exam and state licensing exam on the first try I came back to Ignite to take my 3 post licensing classes with Tracy.

I was a student of Melea’s for pre-licensing recently. Coming from having spent a lot of time in university style coursework, I approached the entire matter with a fair bit of skepticism. HOWEVER, that quickly melted away. Melea has an unmatched ability to prepare students for the state and national exams in an organized, informative, and inclusive manner. She’s familiar with different types of learning styles and adapts impressively, mid-class, when addressing each and every student. Moreover, when she adapts, she has an uncanny ability to remain engaged with the other students in the room. Professors from UNC, Duke, NC State ought to sit in on class with this wonderful educator. Finally, those students who remain in real estate beyond provisional status, beware. Melea teaches the coursework, rules and regulations, procedures, and general real estate concepts to such a high degree, you’ll be all set for post-licensing and will breeze through those 90 hours.
